How it is calculated
Fuel litres = distance × L/100 km / 100. Route cost = fuel × price per litre + tolls + other costs. Cost per delivery = route cost / deliveries.
Worked example
A 200 km route at 8 L/100 km uses 16 L. At EUR 1.50/L plus EUR 6 tolls, cost is EUR 30. Dividing it between five deliveries gives EUR 6 each.
Before you calculate
Enter the full route distance, including the return trip when applicable. Fuel use should reflect the vehicle and operating conditions. Include driver, vehicle or other trip costs explicitly if you want them reflected, using one consistent accounting basis.
Interpreting the result
Costs are divided equally among the entered deliveries. The model does not calculate carrier tariffs, taxes, time windows or distance optimisation. Equal allocation may not match the true cost of individual stops.
Use the units shown beside each field. Monetary fields labelled EUR stay in euros; changing language does not exchange currencies. Results are estimates under the stated assumptions.
